Exciting Update: Salesforce has recently released the free edition Developer Orgs that have both Data Cloud and Agentforce enabled. This is a LOT of new technology! The idea of an Agent first future feels inevitable, but it is also a little hard to imagine at the same time. With this session, we'll focus on the Agentforce. You'll see how Salesforce has the free developer edition organized for upskilling. We'll start with the Help & Training to view an organized outline of setup steps, then click through the suggested Trailhead Titles. Finally we'll step through the configuration process for creating an Agent using Pyramid Construction Inc., one of the Account records with an Opportunity that the free development edition comes populated with. We will try to see if we can use the configuration steps to have the Gen AI create an Agent that can help move the Pyramid Emergency Generators opportunity past the Prospecting Stage. Here, you'll have a chance to see how some of the content from the Help & Training and Trailheads might be applied during a development life cycle.
