I began blogging tips and tricks and then started leading the Salt Lake City user group, where we launched Snowforce. I was born and raised in Havana, Cuba (which allowed me to acquire some salsa dancing skills). I moved to Miami, Florida when i was 15, and double majored in Software Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Miami. I had my first encounter with the Salesforce ecosystem as a student in the University of Miami, where I worked as a developer at IT department and got to write my first lines of Apex code. I have not stopped writing Apex ever since. Now I work as an Engineer in Salesforce, the Mothership! Where I build tools so that the Trailhead team can publish their life changing content.
