Badly written user stories inject ambiguity into Salesforce projects and can make them go off track. While everyone generally understands the "I want... so that..." format, most are not clear on how to write EFFECTIVE user stories -- The kinds of user stories that turn into the backbone of a project throughout the implementation lifecycle.
