Evaluating DevOps Maturity
DevOps maturity is a spectrum, and not every team is ready or even needs to be right at the mature end. In this session Jed and Matt will look at the characteristics and challenges at each stage of DevOps maturity. They’ll also cover the framework they use at Gearset to identify where teams fall on the spectrum of DevOps maturity, and how to identify the most important next steps for those teams.

Jed Ingram has been working in the Salesforce DevOps ecosystem for the past 3 years, helping customers progress to the next level of DevOps maturity. He's worked with customers from all around the world, including the likes of UCLA, Johnson & Johnson and Salesforce. He is passionate about using technology to solve problems, and an advocate for all Salesforce meet-ups!
MJ has spent the last few years working with hundreds of Salesforce teams in all shapes, sizes, and locations to transform their DevOps practises. He's passionate about helping the Salesforce community drive success with new processes, solutions, and cultures. When he's not working with Salesforce teams, you'll find him frequenting any new food place he can find, watching live music, and playing guitar.
