We’re back with another in-person Megameet, with the London Developers and Admins together to share fantastic sessions, networking and fun. We will have Susannah St-Germain - SF Architect Relations, speaking about investment in Architects and new tools for Devs and Admins. We will also have Jed and Matt from Gearset talking about the different stages of DevOps maturity and impacts for teams.
We're once again hosting a joint in-person meetup between the London Developer and London Admin Trailblazer groups to bring you fantastic sessions as well as plenty of time to network and be in with the chance to win some prizes.

Evaluating DevOps Maturity
DevOps maturity is a spectrum, and not every team is ready or even needs to be right at the mature end. In this session Jed and Matt will look at the characteristics and challenges at each stage of DevOps maturity. They’ll also cover the framework they use at Gearset to identify where teams fall on the spectrum of DevOps maturity, and how to identify the most important next steps for those teams.
