ATTENDANCE

Registration is mandatory as space is limited, and we want to ensure the tickets are allocated to people who will turn up. Please only RSVP if you can attend, in person.

If your plans change, please update your RSVP at least 48 hours before the event. This allows us to reallocate the spot before the attendee list closes and is passed to building security.

We understand that unexpected situations like illness or emergencies can arise, but we ask that last-minute changes or no-shows remain the exception, not the norm.

Due to the high demand to attend our meetings, please be aware that if you register for events but continually do not attend, we reserve the right to cancel future reservations without notice.
