Prior to this Heather ran a Salesforce Consultancy for 10 years which won the EMEA Salesforce.org Consulting Partner of the Year Award. During this time she oversaw over 700 projects with 350 customers and was an Salesforce.org EMEA Partner Advisory Board Member. She is 8 x certified, a Change Management and NLP Practitioner, holds a Diploma in Business Analysis Practice and Foundation in Agile DSDM Project Management.
