Join us as Melissa shares about an awesome group built a functional Salesforce AI Agent in just 16 hours at the TDX25 Hackathon. From idea to prototype, she’ll walk through rapid requirement gathering, persona modeling, and prompt design—showing how collaboration, AI, and innovation came together to make community-led conference scheduling fast, simple, and stress-free.
What if scheduling sessions for community-led conferences could be fast, simple, and stress-free? That question emerged as the challenge for our team, MH4, to build a functional Salesforce AI Agent at the TDX25 Hackathon. Our all female, all MVP team was made up of a developer, an architect, an admin, and a strategy designer.
This session tells the story of how we went from idea to a working prototype in under 16 hours. You’ll follow our journey through rapid requirement gathering, consequence scanning, persona modeling, and real-time collaboration. We’ll break down the architecture of the agent itself—how we designed prompt templates, structured decision logic, and tested against real-world scenarios using Salesforce AI and automation tools.
We didn’t just build a tool—we built something our community can use. Along the way, we learned from each other, stretched our thinking, and had a whole lot of fun. If you’re curious how AI, collaboration, and fast-paced innovation can come together in a short timeframe, this session will give you a practical (and inspiring) look behind the scenes.
