Work in a Team to brainstorm, ideate & develop solution on salesforce platform to improve collaboration between English Clubs & English learners. Make english learning scene in HCMC more awesome.

So far in first 4 sessions of this workshop series, we...
Brainstormed, created and prioritized some use cases.
Learned the concepts of CRM, Agile, Waterfall, Scrum etc.
Did some hands-on Salesforce to prototype our solution
Learned about Flows and Introduced registration process for English Club Owners, Hosts and Learners.
Learned about internal & external users (volunteers, learners, english club hosts, cafe owners) and how they can access the system based on their access level (profile)
Configured a community home page to list english club and schedules
Created a community book club & implemented a "book borrowing" process
Added video web components on the Home Page
In the next session, we will add more exciting features to the solution including a "review english club" feature and "improved listing of english club schedules (events)"
