We have heard that Flow is the future for a while now, but with the announcement of Process Builders and Workflow Rules being retired, Flow is officially the future of declarative automation on the Salesforce platform. Before you jump right into building Flows, we recommend creating a foundational architecture for Flow at the beginning to avoid technical debt and future issues. Doing so will ensure a smooth transition to Flow with a strong design following best practices. During the session, Rachel and Benjamin from Vicasso (formerly Internet Creations) will walk you through design principles and best practices for Flow that have been created based on Salesforce Architect Guides as well as projects they’ve worked on.
