His interested started after being frustrated with applications in customer service and sales roles in college and knowing there had to be a better way. Since then, Kyle has been in the Salesforce ecosystem for ten years working in roles ranging from a Salesforce Admin, a Business Analyst, and more recently in Product Manager across a variety of industries.
In his current role as a Salesforce Product Manager for W.L. Gore & Associates, Kyle leads a team of associates to discover and deliver solutions to provide transformative capabilities to global sales and customer service teams.
In doing so, Kyle has implemented and led numerous development teams to utilize a variety of scrum and agile methodologies to help businesses adapt to the increasingly rapid change of pace for meeting customer’s needs.
