Jonathan DeVore is back to teach us how!

What will Jonathan teach? If you or others at your organization are feeling overwhelmed because you're being inundated with questions related to operations (e.g. "How do I...?" "Where is...?" "What do I do here...?"), then you need to attend this user group meeting. On May 17, Jonathan will show you a framework for educating employees, volunteers, and community members so that they can work independently without always interrupting you (or others) every time they have a question. Not only will you learn how to make everyone more productive, but you'll also learn how you can effectively grow your operations by being able to efficiently educate everyone on what to do and how to do it.
