The Salesforce Detroit User Group will be hosting four outstanding speakers from our membership and partners to share their insights and lessons learned on June 6th in Detroit, MI. The Detroit User Group is managed by Salesforce users in the Detroit area and our events are free to attend and open to all who are currently using or are interested in learning more about Salesforce.

1:15 - 2:00 Infogen Andrew Yoshikawa, Prasant Satpathy successfully implement artificial intelligence and GenAI

  • Attendees will get a feel on how to successfully implement artificial intelligence and GenAI into their everyday workflows. Infogen will provide real world examples of how they use GenAI in their own daily Salesforce operations and leave the audience with a view into what the future of work might look like for them. From Admin tasks to content research, creation, and tracking, GenAI has drastically improved Infogen's nimbleness and speed to market, and they would like to share their lessons learned with the attendees at the event. The Audience with then finishing with a Q&A and idea bash, we recognize the impact of AI in the market and the lack of tangible use cases available.
