  • How often do/are we rushing to implement new features and changes that we forget to understand the core value of business requirements? How often do we receive requirements from business user and implement without them communicating the potential implications in the future? Our goals typically revolve around getting the work done, but pausing to think through all outcomes can save time, money, and resources in the long run. Attendees will leave this presentation with and understanding of how to ask some of the question needed to provide the proper solutions and how to set expectations with team members and leaders when the requirements need adjusting.

  • With the continued proliferation of Salesforce Flows and Apex code, production behaviors are becoming more complex and harder to follow. Automation details are often hidden from us, increasing the time it takes to identify, research, and resolve critical business issues. In this session, we'll explore Salesforce blindspots and how to eliminate them using 5 simple configuration techniques.
