October 2024 Salesforce Admin Meeting: Life as an Air Traffic Controller

Oct 30, 2:30 – 4:00 PM (UTC)

Salesforce Admin Group, Columbia, MD, United States

Please keep your seatbelts fastened while your pilot, Karmel James, takes off into the Salesforce clouds of common challenges that an administrator faces and then safely lands us with strategies to be successful.

About this event

Karmel James will be landing in Columbia to demonstrate the common challenges that an administrator faces along with strategies to be successful. This session includes a 15 minute role-playing activity to practice the new communication skills she will be announcing. We'll have some time for questions, announcements, and the opportunity to sign up to speak at a future meeting.

Parking is free in the lots and garages immediately surrounding the Enterprise Community Partners office. Once inside, take the elevator to the 7th floor and stop by the receptionist desk to get directions to the "Salesforce Community Meeting" in conference room 903 on the 9th floor.

We also have a remote option available so you can participate - though we highly encourage anyone in the Columbia area to join us in-person

After the meeting, join us for a complimentary lunch with local Salesforce professionals at The Food Market: 10480 Little Patuxent Pkwy G150, Columbia, MD 21044
