Every enhancement made to screen flows in the last several releases have made it a compelling option for handling data collection scenarios - from email subscriptions, to event registration, or even application processes. There are dozens of scenarios where you want to collect information and store it in Salesforce. In this hands-on workshop, we'll be building a screen flow designed to be deployed publicly on an Experience Cloud site while securely storing the submission data in your Salesforce org. This framework follows the latest architectural guidance concerning security. We'll start from the beginning and walk through all the configuration considerations you'll need to be aware of when designing screen flows to be deployed publicly. Then we'll dive deep into the essential flow functionality that powers the connection to your Salesforce data. By the end of the session, you'll be familiar with a flexible and secure framework to tackle your next data collection requirement.
