Speakers and sessions

Sam Walley - Technical Lead at Stimulus Consulting

We're delighted to have Sam Walley joining the Cotswolds Salesforce Community Group in December.

The world of Salesforce Marketing Cloud

In Sam’s session, he will be providing a wonderful introduction into the world of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. During the session, Sam will take you through a simple scenario of a consumer going through a brand experience - focussing on every touch point and how Marketing Cloud can be used to fully maximise the effectiveness of the experience.

Melissa Hill Dees - Founder Partner at Hands On Connect Cloud Solutions

We're excited to welcome Melissa Hill Dees,  8X Salesforce certified to our session in December.

Three Tools for Architect Success

To quote the renowned architect, #SalesforceMVP, and Golden Hoodie recipient, Gemma Blezard: "Architect is not a certification; it's a mindset." Regardless of your certifications or job titles, there are "architect tools" that promote your success and the success of any project. There are three easy-to-use tools that anyone can leverage: 1. Stakeholder Mapping; 2. Consequence Scanning; and, 3. The Five (5) Whys. Melissa will take you though each of these and how they can be beneficial to your next project.

ProvenWorks - Super Salesforce ISV Provider

We're thrilled to welcome Ruth, Callum and Beth from ProvenWorks to describe working with an ISV effectively in the Salesforce space.

Working with ISVs

ISVs are a core part of the Salesforce Ecosystem - you’ll find thousands of apps on the Salesforce AppExchange! With so many to choose from, how do you know how a good relationship with an ISV should look?

ProvenWorks will give you the inside scoop on how to best work with ISVs from a sales and marketing, support and product, and customer success perspective. With 18 years combined experience in a Salesforce ISV environment, join Ruth, Callum and Beth for an engaging and interactive session at the Cotswolds User Group.
