In this hands-on workshop, we spend the first 20-30 minutes taking a Salesforce Org Assessment, consisting of 60-questions, which will rate your Org implementation maturity. You'll instantly get a spider chart and report that covers five areas of your org maturity: Analyze, Build, Deliver, Operate, and Governance.
You'll receive tailored links to helpful third party resources. Use this information to showcase your value or demonstrate to management where you need investment. Alyssa Abbey will help walk you through the Implementation Lifecycle and share insights on how to make your Org more agile.
