Drew Montano of K2 Partnering will join us to explore the current job market given the changes in the way we have worked during the pandemic, the shift companies are making, and how that is translating into the most sought-after skills. If you are interested in moving from a full-time employee (FTE) position to contract work/consulting, he's got a great checklist and resources to help prepare you to make the shift. He'll also share some quick tips to optimize your LinkedIn profile, so you have the best chance to "get noticed" as a consultant. And lastly, he'll teach us how to know if a recruiter or job opening is worth your time!
