Running on Empty - Salesforce is a powerful tool for storing and viewing your data in different ways. But, when trying to visualise the data you don’t have… we have to get a bit more creative!
We’ll start by reporting on months where we have no Opportunities and then build to see how similar techniques can be useful in different scenarios to highlight the data we never saved.
