Proven thought-leader dealing with Executive leadership and execution teams. Accountable for developing the annual Roadmap (strategy, vision) for Salesforce platform and increased adoption by divisions through obtaining Executive level buy-in. Managed the $1.7 million budget for the enterprise’s Salesforce investment plus staffing and managing the Center of Excellence and its governance processes.
Over the course of my last role as Solution Architect, Joseph served as an architect on a multi-cloud multi-division engagement for the enterprise. His design scaled the platform for an ORG from a single B2B division of 140 users in Sales Cloud to a full Enterprise solution with 600+ users in eight B2B and B2C divisions using Sales, Service, and Community Clouds plus Einstein Analytics and AI. Managed team of Admins and DEVs accountable for implementation. Participated in delivery configuration/development for broader platform stand-up initiatives and integrations tasks. Team delivered 900+ enhancements over 4.5 years with 54 on-time monthly releases. Delivered expansion leveraging configuration; there are less than 155K characters of custom APEX in the solution.
