The Boston, MA Women in Tech, Boston Admin Group & Northeast Regional Higher Ed group are excited to come together to share back the results of the 2020 Boston Area Salary Survey!

In this meeting, we'll present back the survey results, then break out into small groups discussing how we can use this information to pursue our aspirations in the Salesforce ecosystem.

This was our first year doing an anonymous salary survey; a big thank you to the over 50 community members who helped contribute this year! Your responses help us benchmark salary and compensation in the greater Boston Salesforce community, and to strengthen and support one another in wage transparency and negotiation positions.
