Using screen flows to support changing business requirements, presented by Jordan Hush of Intuit
From Jordan: There is a feature-set that we have built and launched in Intuit SFDC that we call QAR. QAR allows us to easily create and launch screen flows to support data capture, standard operating procedures and other business requirements in a way that avoids large scaling tech-debt. This allows SFDC to support short-term business goals or changing data capture requirements in a clean and simple format.
QAR is a combination of a custom object and screen flows. The QAR object is a collection of generically labeled question and answer fields. During the screen flow run, the flow pre-defines the questions that appear as field labels and also pre-defines the context of the available answers (radio-buttons, text entry, etc). Upon screen flow completion, the flow saves a QAR record related to a parent record.
Refreshments will be provided, as well as time to socialize with your favorite Boise area Salesforce people.
