Heather has previously run a Salesforce Consultancy for 10 years and as the CEO of Supermum she now delivers a Consultancy Skills Course to upskill talent in the eco-system. Supermums is a global training and talent provider of Salesforce professionals working with individuals and companies.

Heather is the founder and CEO of Supermums.

Prior to this Heather ran a Salesforce Consultancy for 10 years which won the EMEA Salesforce.org Consulting Partner of the Year Award. During this time she oversaw over 700 projects with 350 customers and was an Salesforce.org EMEA Partner Advisory Board Member. She is 8 x certified, a Change Management and NLP Practitioner, holds a Diploma in Business Analysis Practice and Foundation in Agile DSDM Project Management.

Since 2020 she has focussed her time on training and advising Executive Sponsors and Salesforce professionals on how to lead digital transformation and Salesforce projects through teaching them essential skills on the Supermums Consultancy Skills Course.
