The Berlin admin & dev group are joining for another meetup! This time we're welcoming user group member and CTA, Johann Furmann to share his journey from admin to certified architect. Victor will share a recent feature "recipe" - leveraging communities, campaigns and Email Template Builder to gather RSVPs from your contacts. We'll wrap with Ana hosting a quiz! Johann Furmann - From Admin to CTA
Johann's #journeyToCTA started innocent, changing a Page Layout for a Start-Up in Prenzlauer Berg. Soon he was hooked on Salesforce. 6 years later, Johann returns to the Berlin User Group meeting to tell his story: From Admin to CTA.
Bio:
Johann is a developer by curiosity, Architect by trade but Admin by heart.
Victor Carreon - Email RSVPs with clicks, not code
Victor works at Ableton, a music software company driven to enable music makers pursue their creative ambitions. Many teams organise events to build and support artist communities around the world. We use campaigns to manage event invites and understand our community's involvement, but run into blockers when documenting feedback and responses. He'll present a clicks-not-code approach to let the public respond to invites leveraging Communities, Email Template Builder, recent Flow updates and a couple App-Exchange solutions.
We'll wrap-up with a quiz about our lovely city, hosted by Ana Fasic from Tourlane. Bring your Berliner knowledge for a chance to win certification vouchers!
