Lisa Firnberg will share a solution she’s developed to help her organization better report on new families served in a date range. Staff may work with families multiple distinct times over the course of a year, and each time they open a new case. The organization found it needed a way to better identify if a case within a particular date range was the family’s FIRST case or not. They also have the complication of needing to exclude referrals to the organization that don’t ultimately engage in services. Come see how Lisa set up Process Builder and Rollup Helper fields to address complex business requirements.
