About this event

Some say, that under her helmet is ... Another helmet.

Others argue, her favorite hobby is observing paint dry.

All we know, she's called Astro.

Lightning dev week is upon us, and we had a fantastic time walking through everything last Saturday in Greensboro. But lets be honest it was a gorgeous day, and ... well some of us decided to break out hammock and enjoy the day.

Or maybe your kids had a function.

Whatever. Regardless of why people couldn't come, we thought we'd offer a special two-for-one (twofer) with lightning dev week. So we brought in a special guest.

Some say, She moonlights as Astro, and that her power is derived from magical socks. All we know, her name is Kyla, and she's fantastic.

Thats right, Kyla Long, Salesforce MVP, and 100% authentic Texan will be here to help us cover the fun of Lightning.

There will be food and Lightning will strike not once, but four times! as we talk about Process builder, (now with 100% more exciting presentation than other talks on process builder) Lightning App Builder (which is in 'pilot' so bring your safe harbor song!), Lightning Connect where we'll mix and match your SF Org and some lovely Postgresql goodness, and finally Lightning components, where the code gets real, and all the unit tests pass.
