This first edition of the Marketing Cloud meetup is all about getting to know the Dutch Marketing Cloud community. We have presentations on new marketing cloud features, a case on omni-channel journeys @ Takeaway.com and marlies|dekkers and lots of engaging discussions on Einstein/Ai applications. No need to stop at Smullers or Shell, we'll take care of pizza and beers.

5:00 PM	Marketing Cloud user group kick-off	Since this is the first meetup Michiel van Gaalen will share his ideas on what this meetup is about and wants to hear your opinion on this.
5:15 PM	marlies\|dekkers case	Dutch lingerie brand marlies\|dekkers has started to implement service and marketing cloud in 2017 and are now an active user. They will share their strategy, steps they took and share things that worked & didn't work for them during this process including their view on how to develop and improve their CRM campaigns and journeys.
5:40 PM	Salesforce Marketing cloud new features	Dept Agency marketing automation lead Caspar Heydendael will share an overview of new features & first experiences of spring release marketing cloud.
6:00 PM	Break
6:15 PM	Takeaway.com case	Senior CRM specialist Rommert Crepin will share how their freshly released welcome journey came about using different components of the marketing cloud. In this journey they increase loyalty, drive app downloads and get customers to engage in their next order.
6:45 PM	Discussion & drinks	We like to get your opinion on a number of topics in order to make next session even better. Think Einstein, GDPR, feature ideas, best practices, etc.
