Case: Delay & cancellation journey	One of the largest European Railway companies faces a daily challenge in informing customers about delays and cancellations. Nowadays thousands of text messages are sent on a daily basis to keep their travellers updated in a proactive manner. In this case Emark presents how SFMC helped face the challenges and facilitated the capabilities required to make this a successful operation.

Case: Scotch & Soda	The Amsterdam fashion brand Scotch & Soda expanded their business to over 22 countries in the past few years, supported by Salesforce's marketing and commerce platforms. This expansion and its fast pacing came with several business, technology and integration challenges. During the session, CRM manager Ana Loncar will discuss how Scotch & Soda and their technology partner Emark overcame these challenges and how Salesforce's platforms are used to facilitate growth.
