We've recently talked about Allies - how they have helped or can help women feel heard in the workplace. Let's flip that on it's head this month and talk about how women can be more intentional about leaving their microphone on in the workplace and even recruit allies to help. This concept - originally highlighted by Melissa Hill Dees - should bring up some great discussion at this month's meeting.
