In case you don't know who he is, Eric is a Salesforce MVP, Advocacy Manager at Apptus, The founder and Event chair for Midwest Dreamin', and The Kevin Bacon of the Salesforce Community. Come on out to hear all about Eric, he'll talk about Business Analysis - and we'll have time to ask him ANYTHING!
