In commemoration of Dev Valentine, Patron Saint of Good Code, we are doing a repeat of last year's WIT Group's popular "Won't You Be My Ally?". Grab a colleague and join us to talk about Male Allies:

What does it mean?
Where do you start?
How do you BE one?

Because we all work in a very diverse (and sometimes confusing), we will review inherent bias, where it comes from, and tactical ways to recognize and overcome our biases to be better allies to all of those around us and collectively put our best feet forward. You’ll leave this meetup with a few working tactics to take back to your own environments!

As an added bonus, we're combining with the WIT group for a lively and social discussion based off the presentation that Angela Mahoney, Salesforce MVP, recently gave at both Tahoe Dreamin' and London's Calling. Join us for snacks and bevvies (and a surprise treat or two).

We will also be reviewing some of the standouts changes for the Spring '18 release. Please bring your favorites and any gotchas to share and discuss.
