February Salesforce Developer Group

Feb 19, 2013, 5:00 – 7:00 PM

We know you are still probably recycling trees and Christmas paper and that hideous “what were you thinking?!?” gift from your  weird aunt, so it seems odd that spring is RIGHT around the corner, but it is! Spring 13 should be hitting your instances in the next few weeks (check your notifications). Don’t worry, you still have time to curl up and read the Release Notes!

About this event

We know you are still probably recycling trees and Christmas paper and that hideous “what were you thinking?!?” gift from your  weird aunt, so it seems odd that spring is RIGHT around the corner, but it is! Spring 13 should be hitting your instances in the next few weeks (check your notifications).

Don’t worry, you still have time to curl up and read the Release Notes!   (https://na1.salesforce.com/help/doc/en/salesforce_spring13_release_notes.pdf)  Alternatively, check out the developer pages (http://developer.force.com/releases/release/Spring13).

Regardless of which option you choose, you won’t want to miss the Portland DUG meeting on Tuesday, February 18th, from 9-11 (location TBD). We will take time to review some awesome changes in Force.com such as Canvas (available now on VF pages), state and country picklists, cross object references for RecordTypes and much more.

If you have a particulate passion about an item in Spring release, please contact Larry Latimer to have the opportunity to speak about it - he'll be very grateful for an extra voice or two!
