The statistics are clear: men out-number women in technology, which is bad for business. While we strive to support our female colleagues through groups like this and others, we are only part of the solution.

For this month’s WIT meet up, we’d like you to bring another part of the solution: a male colleague. Together, we will look at some barriers to growth for women and the role that men can play in their day-to-day work to help level the playing field and increase participation from their female colleagues for more robust, productive teams.
