"There are around 7 million people with a visual disability in the United States", and one "accessibility report analyzing the top million homepages on the web estimates that just 1 percent meet the most widely used accessibility standards."
There are so many people who could potentially benefit from assistive technology, and it often doesn't take a lot to make the internet more accessible to everyone, no matter how they access it.
