Agenda:

• 11:00 AM - Check-in, Grab lunch & Announcements

• 11:15 AM -  Ticketmaster/Live Nation will presentation on  their recent Service Cloud implementation focusing on declarative features, Visualforce and a few code tips. They will also discuss a few apps (Rollup helper, Action Plans, Appery.io)

• 12:15 AM -  Ethos Solutions will also present a Google Glass Prototype demo

Additional Directions & Parking Info:

1. If going North on Scottsdale Rd (from 202), turn right on Skysong Blvd (right before McDowell rd.)
2. If  going South on Scottsdale Rd. (towards Tempe), turn left on Skysong (first light right after McDowell rd.)

The building is the one on the right (opposite from the ASU building). Take the elevator to the second floor. We’ll either meet you there or will have signs to guide you to the room. Parking is on Skysong Blvd right off of Scottsdale. There is additional parking in the open field or behind the ASU building. All parking is unrestricted except for the spots next to the entrances, which should still be fine since they are 2-hour parking spots.
