Why Test Classes do More Than Cover Apex Code. Strategies and Hints on Writing and Maintaining Test Classes.
You are ready to deploy your changes to productions. You create the change set and upload it to your production org. You click on the 'Deploy' button, and you are getting ready to go home when the the 'Deployment Failed' message get sent. Now you have to figure why your deploy failed. Well it might be your test class coverage, or might be an existing business rule in your org that did know about. These and other scenarios will be discussed during a presentation on test classes or unit tests. We will discuss why test classes are written, strategies for writing them and demonstrate a test class in action.
