Three years ago when Salesforce found out from customers that only 19% of companies are happy with the quality of data within their CRM they took action and Data.com was born.
Thom Wright from Salesforce.com will demo Data.com and share how it uniquely addresses these issues. Thom has been a Data.com sales specialist with Salesforce for over three years. He joined the company through the Salesforce acquisition of Jigsaw, a premier B2B contact database in Spokane, Washington. He is now based in Lexington, Kentucky and manages Salesforce accounts in the Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey and Washington, DC area.
