Most Salesforce Professionals have seen and heard about Lightning and making the transition, but many businesses are still waiting to make the transition. In this session, longtime Phillyforce member Christian Belko will share some his story of how he was able to take his Salesforce instance and transform it into a fully Lightning ready environment. This included a Go Live with Lightning while also updating legacy Visualforce pages, creating a new Service Console, and setting up CTI Integration all within the new Lightning framework!
You'll learn about some of the key tips and tricks he used through his Discovery, considerations made during Design and Testing, and how he was able to overcome hurdles on user adoption and working with many parts of the team to make the roll out successful.
