Over the last few years, Maxwell Systems, a leading software provider in the Construction space, has migrated from disparate customer facing systems to being “All in” with Salesforce. Learn how Maxwell migrated to Salesforce as the platform for customer portal access and how this has improved the customer experience.

Mike Zarzeka from Maxwell Systems will share their story and demo the My Maxwell site. Mike has been a Vice President of Customer Operations with Maxwell Systems for over five years. He joined the company at the beginning of an  acquisition phase that saw Maxwell triple its revenue over a two year period. He is based in King of Prussia and manages the customer support, quality assurance and Information technology groups within Maxwell.
