Engaging Residents: Every Employee a concierge
Continuing Care Retirement Communities such as ACTS Retirement-Life Communities, Inc. deliver long term hospitality and wellness services to seniors across a continuum of care. By implementing smart campus (wired, mapped, beacons, sensored), mobility (devices for every employee), and the new hyper connected dispatch models (i.e. uber), we believe that we can equip and empower front line workers to provide full service responsiveness to residents. While salesforce.com provides a comprehensive service management platform, realizing our vision requires careful attention to architectures and contexts. Our approach seeks to assemble “parts” (great user interfaces, integrations, work optimizations) and data (observations, preferences, requests, responses) into cohesive, responsive, and transparent experiences and interactions. This session will describe our strategy, successes and challenges in seeking to realize this vision.
Christophe Coenraets Principal Developer Evangelist, salesforce.com
Gamifying Business Processes using the Salesforce Platform
In a world of ever shrinking attention span, it’s getting increasingly hard to get people to complete tasks, processes, or training programs. Gamification has emerged as an effective way to engage employees and customers, increase motivation, and achieve desired results. In this session you will learn technical strategies to gamify Business Processes using the Salesforce Platform and achieve new levels of employee and customer engagement.
Alex Sutherland, Salesforce MVP, CRM Science
Continuous Delivery of Innovation
How to continuously respond to the needs of your users and your organization while maintaining effective change management and control of your environment.
Adam Menzies, Summa Technologies
A Human Centered Design Approach to Strategic Salesforce Projects
Users and customers alike expect consumer-grade experiences from enterprise software that is focused on achieving outcomes, not technical complexity. Summa’s Human Centered Design Practice works closely with Salesforce Delivery Teams to build implementations that focus on what users want to accomplish by using the system, in the spirit of the “jobs to be done” approach. Learn how this approach changes perspective of both customers and technical teams, and raises Salesforce projects in the specter of truly strategic initiatives within organizations.
Jon Collins, Director, SaaS, Apps Associates
Process Integration Messaging Patterns & Best Practices
If implemented properly, these patterns and best practices enable you to get to production as fast as possible and have the most stable, scalable, and maintenance-free set of applications possible. We will discuss governing principles of business application integration, supported by scenario-driven examples, and how to apply each principle within the Salesforce1 paradigm.
Chad Meyer, Internet Creations
Move from Firefighting to Prevention with Voice of the Customer
Gain insights on how to be proactive and anticipatory to reduce workload while dazzling the customer. You'll learn how you can leverage Salesforce to implement a Voice of the Customer (VoC) strategy and make customer feedback and monitoring reports something CSRs look forward to rather than dread.
Libby Brouwer, Round Corner
