Svatka Simpson is a Salesforce professional of over 19 years. She has worked with the Salesforce platform for over 19 years as a Developer, an Architect, and a Consultant. In her career, she has had various vantage points in the eco-system and fulfilling different roles.

Starting as an Admin, dipping a toe in Development here and there, Svatka first joined the eco-system in the early 2000s before moving into consulting as a Technical Architect. As she worked in Salesforce, she learned valuable information, such as the fact that not everything can be done with Change Sets.

Today, Svatka is VP of Architecture with Appirio, and has lead more than 30 projects over the past 10 years, giving her exposure to various industries, and insight into their verticals and trends. In addition to these projects, Svatka has lead over 35 architects globally both as part of her project team, as well as coaching them to the next step of their careers -- helping developers become architects, and helping them see their bigger and brighter futures.
