In March you are in for a special treat! Local MVP Bill Powell will lead an immersive hands-on training on CPQ. Going well beyond what Trailhead offers, we will cover the fundamentals to create a few products, bundles and pricing scenarios to get started. At the end of the session you will be understand better what the difference is between standard and CPQ-specific quotes, how products are built in CPQ and how all the different pricing methods work.

After Bill, Radnor-based consulting firm EigenX will be presenting best practices around consolidating multiple external-facing communities and portals into a single community by using the CMS component. This includes merging processes and components related to announcements, brand marketing and collateral, knowledge articles and other standard Salesforce objects. We will discuss how to configure a secured and unsecured community, so that some components are only available to registered users.
