For our November event, we have two talks lined up for the group. Local MVP Michael Kolodner will present on the Dashboard of 0's and what "nothing" can tell you about your data. After that, Rachel Beard from Salesforce will do a Winter 2020 Release Overview.
So, what is the Dashboard of 0's all about? Well, does it hurt you a little bit inside when you think about problems with your Salesforce data like duplicates, mis-categorized opportunities, and tasks assigned to inactive users? Do you get sad about “dirty” records, functionality you built that goes unused, or fields going unfilled? Every Salesforce admin faces the challenge of keeping data clean. Come learn how to create a Dashboard of Zeros, a great tool to watch for problems and fix them before they get out of control. Micheal will show you some dashboards he's built and give you ideas you can take back home to build your own dashboard (or two, or three!) to monitor data hygiene in your organization. Your users will thank you for keeping the data clean and your adoption will increase as everyone learns to trust the data in Salesforce.
Next, Rachel will do an overview of the Winter 2020 Release.
