Please plan to attend Ottawa Salesforce User Group meeting on Tuesday December 20th from 12 noon to 2pm. The meeting will be held at Algonquin College in Ottawa in Room P215 which is in the Police Building. 

The following presentation are planned this month.
1) Salesforce Inbox - Rob Roach from Salesforce will talk about how he uses Salesforce Inbox as part of his daily activities of working with his clients.

2) "8 Reporting Formulas Users Don't Know to Ask for” - Geoffrey Flynn and Steve Molis will give us their popular presentation at Dreamforce in October. You will learn about 8 formulas that users really want and need yet they just didn't think were possible. You'll learn a new ways to get reports and dashboards showing the data that people have been asking for in both Salesforce Classic and Lightning.
