1st Topic: Brock Murray of seoplus+ will walk us through the customizations they made to run their business off the force.com platform. Some of the customizations Brock will review are:
- Use SKUID to create custom project management system for their digital marketing clients.
- Created custom solution to onboard clients based on the services to be rendered (ie monthly digital marketing packages.)
- Customization of Tasks & Events including:
- bulk task creation for bulk recurring tasks.
- project tracking table that aggregates completed tasks and events against invoices from Quickbooks to provide profitability by project.
- creation of an employee dashboard so they can track their tasks and events.
2nd Topic: Kevin Caputo will take on Demo for Demandtools and People Import
- Kevin Caputo from Evolving Sales Solution will be giving a review and demo of 2 AppExchange Administration tools (Demandtools and People Import).
