1st Topic: Christine Marshall the author of The Everyday Admin blog will give a presentation on Lightning Quick Actions Empower you to create useful, responsive, and intelligent page layouts your users will love.  Christine is based in Bristol UK and works as a full time Salesforce Administrator for an End User.  


2cd Topic: Karen Procter will give a presentation on Appexchange tool called SFXOrgData which copy  data from your Production or Full Sandbox environment to Developer/Dev Pro sandboxes. Karen is Salesforce Administrator at Avison Young.
