Ottawa Salesforce Administrators User Group September 2019 Meeting

Salesforce User Group, Ottawa, Canada
Fri, Sep 13, 2019, 12:00 PM (EDT)

About this event

In this meeting, we will focus on the following 2 topics:

1st Topic: Alan Lepofsky from Salesforce will give an overview of Quip for Salesforce. In today's world, employees want software that is intuitive, connected to the tools they use everyday, and makes their jobs easier. Quip for Salesforce extends the value of Salesforce across your organization, helping users unlock productivity and get work done faster in CRM. Join us to learn about Quip for Salesforce, new functionality including Process Builder and Flow Builder for Quip, and best practices that will wow your teams.

2nd Topic. Tracy Reid from Invest in Canada will give an overview of the new Lightning Object Creator tool that turns spreadsheets into apps with just a few clicks. With the Lightning Object Creator, it only takes a few steps to translate the columns of a spreadsheet into fields, define field types and import all the spreadsheet data. Take spreadsheets from Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or comma-separated value (CSV) files, and turn them into apps. Allowing your newly converted object to have all the same productivity tools our users love like reports, chatter, and global search. Join us to learn more as Tracy does a live walk through and demo of this new feature together!

A light lunch will be provided.

We hope you can make it.

NOTE: Paid parking is available.
