We will be taking a deep dive into 2 advanced Salesforce's declarative tools (Flows & Custom MetaData Types) to show how Salesforce Administrator use these tools to make their Salesforce Org easier and more intuitive for their users. The topics for the meeting are as follows: 

1) Chris Robertson from Salesforce, who is a local Solution Engineer covering Public Sector, will share with us some interesting tidbits with the group that will have an immediate impact on how we work.

2) Streamline the user experience while ensuring accurate data. Join Sandy Hunter as he dives into the world of "Screen Flows" to solve common business challenges. Sandy will walk us through the use case how the end users are required to enter data on a series of custom objects where the process is complicated thus resulting in often incomplete or incorrect data. He will walk through a screen flow design that streamlines the user experience while ensuring accurate data. We’ll review the flow builder user interface, common flow components, debugging tools, and the final user experience.

3) Make reviewing Opportunity Activity History easy & more intuitive. Kevin Caputo will show how to add an Activity History Tab to the Opportunity Page using a free Lightning Component from the AppExchange called “CMTD Enhanced Related List”. He will walk thru the 2 step process of setting up this lightning component using Custom Metadata Types records.
