We have our Chatter Group... here .... and in that location ...as a group we will be deciding and voting on different Use Cases or Challenges you want to see addressed around Automation. This  is triggers, workflow, assignment, and approvals. The first half will focus on configuration with the second half on customization. Please participate by logging on and talking about the problems or solutions you want to see or cool ones you already have and can share.

Everyone should have a laptop. You will be developing. Even if you don't know what a keyboard is ..No One Left Behind!!! :)
