About this event

• What we'll do
Our February session will be hosted by Netwrix and we'll have a special speaker this month. Troy Evarts has been developing software solutions for 20+ years. He is passionate about teaching and mentoring people. Troy has solved problems for multiple industries including unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) and medical devices. He is currently a Principal Cloud Architect developing solutions using AWS, Azure and GCP. His focus areas are cloud strategies, IoT, cloud security and modern software development.

Troy's presentation will discuss how to build Amazon Connect solutions, integration with other AWS services (e.g. Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Systems Manager Parameter Store, Lex) and how to use the solution with Salesforce.

Amazon Connect is a cloud-based contact center service based on the same contact center technology used by Amazon customer service associates around the world to power millions of customer conversations. There is no infrastructure to deploy or manage. It’s an on-demand service, so you pay for Amazon Connect usage by the minute with no long-term commitments or upfront charges. This presentation will discuss how to build Amazon Connect solutions, integration with other AWS services (e.g. Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Systems Manager Parameter Store, Lex) and how to use the solution with Salesforce.
